"Food and drinks are AMAZING. Can never go wrong with a pineapple on the head and a slice of cheesecake. Great atmosphere, love it!! The employees are always amazing and know you with names! Always clean and welcoming! But at a time, the General Manager, I think his name was Chandler, made a bad comment to my cousin when she asked for a refill on an alcoholic beverage. He had rolled his eyes and asked them if she had a drinking problem under his breath. Therefore, the 4 star rating. This comment upsets her and I very much, but I am a very vain person, so I decided to give him another shot. This has been forgiven and is in no way a reflection of the staff at Brick and Mörtel. But I will always love my hometown pub!"

"I have lived in the area for about two years now, and I used to really love going to this place, but lately the quality of the food has gone downhill. Take out service has let me down 2 times in a row, received a pizza without any sauce this time! Called to discuss the issue received an employee who said “sorry you had a bad food” he was going to hang up..I was like no remake suggestion, refund credit?!?!? Waiting to hear from the owner.
