The winners of the Louisiana State Seafood Competition, the chefs Ryan Trahan and Sullivan Zant, have made their brand on Lafayette once again as they were in the legendary ice cream, Dark Roux. These talented young men are artists in the kitchen. I have eaten several times here and the food is FANTASTIC!! The service at Blue Dog Cafe is on top of the line. What a place! The food is amazing! The people who work here are really nice, and the paintings of the blue dog are really nice to see! The artist is very talented. I strongly recommend this place!
