"I had been at the hospital all night. A family member was in an accident. I left the hospital this morning tired and hungry. I placed an online order so I could just grab it and go. They tell me I have to come in to get it. I explained I wasn't able to come in and they could just cancel the order. I had blood on my clothes from the family member. The manager was unprofessional not knowing the situation just running her big mouth being rude. This is why people stop patronizing certain businessman because of the poor customer service and inexperienced management. I'm not saying I will not go to Bogangles ever again but it definitely will not be the Milledgeville location."

Wish this place gave coupons for their family meals. They have great food and the quality is good. The fresh biscuits are good along with their chicken.

This restaurant has went downhill. Several times they haven't had chicken and this place is suppose to be known for chicken! Waited 30 minutes and then was told they didn't have what I ordered.

"Whenever I remind them to include provolone cheese on my chicken salad sandwich, they always seem to forget. It's frustrating because I need the extra protein. Overall, the service is for takeout and the meal type is lunch. Prices are between $1-10 per person. I recommend trying the chicken salad dish."

"Try it on Friday or Saturday (after 4 pm) and get either the fillet or ribeye. Either comes with real potatoes and fresh asparagus.... For $20! Their steak rivals some of the best steaks I have eaten from some high-end restaurants. Definitely eat one of my favorite places!"

"this place is great for vegetarian, not so much for vegans. there are not many options. I always command the hummus, but you can end with great hummus, or decent watery hummus. I love ethnic food and once got the falafel, but the taste was just too strong for me, my friend loved it though. So I think everyone who loves strong aromen will enjoy this option. I was able to blur it as long as I shattered it in my hummus. I have two complaints. 1. There are not many vegan options 2. the personal is not 100% informed about what is vegan and what is not. I hope that they will begin to offer more vegan options, this place would be great if they did this and had a vegan menu so that customers can choose from a menu instead of asking employees."

"I just wanted to thank you for helping me make Valentine's Day special for my son who is a newbie at GCSU. I called and ordered a chicken miniature for him and a friend... and he was thrilled about faith!! He stood up earlier than normal, but it was worth everything to drive and pick up his favorite breakfast!!! The lady I spoke with was helpful and made sure everything was taken care of!! I'll call again!"
