"I usually have no complaints when I visit this restaurant. The food is typically hot and tastes good. However, today the drive-thru was in worse shape than usual. When I arrived, there were three cars ahead of me, which isn’t unusual, but I then ended up behind four more cars. It took over 20 minutes from the time I placed my order until I was able to pick it up. My biggest issue is that this is a busy peak time—lunchtime. On a positive note, the food was hot and delicious."

I've just got the 4 pieces chicken overhang and that's what I spent $10 on! I try to hope it will be better! I'd take it back, but I didn't get a quit.

This location frequently gets my order wrong, often forgetting items like biscuits. Today, they were out of dirty rice and substituted it with beans, which was disappointing. I also ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, but they forgot the gravy. Over the years, the portion sizes of the sides have decreased while the prices have gone up. Bojangles, I hope to have a better dining experience in the future.

I visited a very busy location and ordered the 20-piece family meal. I anticipated a wait, but the manager even took the time to double-check my receipt to confirm my order was correct. I was impressed with the level of customer service for a fast food restaurant. They really have things running smoothly now. I’ve had issues with this Bojangles in the past, but the new management has definitely improved the situation.
