"I ordered a three piece meal and a biscuit. I was told it would be a 12 minute wait on the chicken because they had to cook more. I agreed and proceeded to wait. After 30 minutes of waiting and watching people who ordered after me get there meals (including several big boxes of chicken) I asked why I was still waiting. I was then told that they had to cook more chicken and it would be about 15 more minutes. I tried to get an explanation as to why my order was obviously put to the side over others but all they could do was say sorry you're going to have to wait. I finally just asked for my money back and left, went across the road to Ingles where I got much better chicken at a better price....
