"extremely disappointed! I have never had a fried steak that was so over cooked you could not even cut it up. HARD AND DRY! You know the cook knew he over cooked it but they served it up anyways. It had NO flavor other than burnt crust flavors. Could not even tell if it had seasoning since all you could taste was burnt crust. INEDIBLE! Not even the dog wanted it.
