"We visited this restaurant a few minutes ago, and experienced possibly the worst customer service I 've ever had in a restaurant anywhere in the world. It reminds me of when I lived in East Berlin right after the Wall came down. We ordered our food, I ordered a buttermilk pancake, but mine tasted of meat (I 'm a vegetarian), so I asked to exchange the dish for a salad. The owner, who was serving us refused, saying if I wanted to send it back to the kitchen I would pay for it and then whatever else I ordered. I can 't remember the last time I sent something back (many years ago), but on the rare occasions it does happen, I 've always been offered something as a substitute without extra charge. I believe this restaurant owner has never heard of the saying, the customer is king and still operates as if it were the DDR. I would avoid this restaurant at all costs."
