"Went for dinner with a colleague on a midweek early evening. The restaurant was not particularly busy so we were able to find a table easily. The waiter checked that we would not need more than 90 minutes as a large number of tables in the main section (where we were sat) had been reserved for a function later in the evening. There is a good choice of local typical dishes and a good range of beers. Great wholesome Swabian food lovely beer great service! Joe was awesome got us comfortable at a great table and kept us smiling as the food came out.

We were recommended this restaurant by a friend who had lived in Stuttgart. We enjoyed the food (I had spaetzel and my husband had schnitzel . The service was good but a little slow. However, they were really busy so it was understandable. The beer was very good. We ate inside because it was supposed to rain (It didn't. it was very hot.
