"We come here all the time and love the service and the welcoming environment. Beer selection is also crazy! My only handle is sometimes the burgers are not the same. I'm not sure if it's another Patty or another bungalow, but the burger will often be stellar and another time a miss. We'll be back soon!"

Hands down, my favorite bar and I don't even live in CA. Great selection of beers on **** and regularly rotate in new ones.

Comfortable self-seating, you order only the front and food will be brought to you. Live that I can open and stay a tab as long as I want with friends.

Great food and fast...we came on Saturday at noon with a big group (about 20 of us) and they were not only able to accommodate us, but the service was great and the food was great! Nice cold beer for boating!

"My husband and I had a great time at the Sunday buffet at Prime Cut! The food was delicious, and the selection was extraordinary. "I went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday and had requested a window seat when I made the reservation. Despite there being many empty tables by the windows, they did not give us a window seat. When I asked, they said the window tables were all booked. However, we stayed until closing and no one was seated at any of the window tables. Additionally, there were dirty tables that I inquired about, but was told they did not know when they would be ready. I did not want to argue and ruin my day, so I let it go. Furthermore, because our reservation was for a later time, there were hardly any food options left and the choices were limited."

"During my two-week stay in Jamul, I decided to revisit Filippi's Pizza Grotto, having enjoyed it previously in Little Italy back in 2019. Once again, it did not disappoint. Opting for a medium pizza with half Hawaiian and half Fit for a King, accompanied by a refreshing hazy IPA, we were so eager to dig in that we skipped photographing the entire pizza – a testament to our excitement and hunger. Our server was fantastic, a truly attentive and very friendly individual who elevated our dining experience. Overall, the establishment boasts a great atmosphere with delicious pizza, ample parking, and an abundance of seating. A thoroughly enjoyable visit."

"Avoid the $75 buffet. The shrimp and sea bass were undercooked. The side dishes were mediocre and bland. The desserts were fine but not what you would expect at a $75 Buffet. The lobster and crab were fine, however if you're going just for lobster and crab I'd recommend spending the same money on a nicer restaurant with better quality. We were really hoping to love this place. Sadly, we won't be returning."
