"I haven't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in a while, and it seems like they may have changed their recipes. Regardless, the food was delicious. I went on a Saturday night, and the wait time was about 20 minutes. We took our order home, only to discover that one of the orders was missing half of the wings. A quick phone call later, and the manager resolved the issue directly with us. Excellent customer service!"

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings and our server, Crystal, was fantastic! She was one of the best servers I've encountered, always on her toes and swiftly taking our order. In my opinion, Crystal deserves an 11 out of 10! I will definitely return for more excellent service!

I was very happy with my experience here. The server was great and took care of My Fire Academy classmates. I decided it was a good idea to challenge 5-6 Blazin Wings. The server was nice enough to get me additional water, milk and some celery. Although the experience was enlightened, I survived!!

"Usually this restaurant excels in customer service and drinks. However, today three employees were arguing with each other over who added flavor to my nutty buddy, which ended up being flavorless. Fortunately, I enjoy plain lattes. They offered to add the flavor later, but I declined. Where is the previous crew? "Horrible customer service. We were given the wrong carry-out but didn't notice until we had left already, granted we should have checked but none the less it was still the wrong order. Upon returning we brought the food back to exchange for our actualorder, the head manager of the restaurant tried to blame this mistake completely on us. Saying that it was now 2 mistakesinstead of 1 because the other person that ordered didn't want the wrong order, and chastised us for not checking our foodbefore we left. It was rude and uncalled for, anywhere else would have handled that so much better. We weren't angry, screaming,or throwing things. We understood it was a mistake on both parties, were polite and weren't demanding anything special. Nevereating here again."

"I ordered from Cottage Inn on 8-3-2020. After I had tried to order online at Jet's for a special one and it would not accept it. Then Jet refused to honour the special by phone. However, I could not get Cottage Inn's website to accept a pizza special. So I called them and they were more than happy to accept the order via the phone and give me the special price. Customer service must be a lot to Cottage Inn and I definitely appreciate it. I also took one of the best pizzas I had for years. I often command Cottage Inn, but they gave me a reason to order them if I want pizza. Thank you. Cottage Inn."

"The restaurant had a great selection of meats, but I opted for the pretzels and it was amazing. The pretzels were the best I've ever had. If you need a recommendation for delicious pretzels, I highly recommend this place!"

"Stopped for lunch and ordered their County Steak with mashed potatoes and white gravy. I had a side of Mac n Cheese. It came with country biscuits as well. It, as always, was delicious. Priced at $7.99 a great value. The waitress was very friendly. Great experience!"
