"the place is dirty and the food takes forever to her table. 1 hour and 10 minutes and still waiting and the place is not busy at all. politically complained to the manager and she argued only how long we waited after we told her we came around 6:11, checked by a text someone sent in our party when we arrived, then it was around 7:15. she said she would benefit our food. When the bill arrived, she gave only a $10 discount on a $130 ticket, really generous. they did not take over the late or cleanliness of the place and thought $10 would be the dinge over smoothing. everything it did was to convince us that they don't care about their call, we won't be back. Food kinda cold. Too many people attending table. I have a 5 month old and they said their hot water dispenser wasn't working is what one of the waitresses said. Asked if they could heat up water in the microwave and they said they couldn't. Another waitress said she'll try and get me a glass of water as warm as she could get it. They got my friends order wrong. It was just a mess.

If you have a big party(10 probably not the best place to go? The servers did their best but the food was slow to come out. Chicken sandwich was great until I found half of the wish bone. And not the lucky side, that's the only bone in all the dishes besides bone-in wings. Wings were amazing and so many choices, spicy garlic and Thai! Good place to watch some screens or enjoy a cold beer.

Our waitress came and took a drink and ap order. We didn't see her again until we were walking out. Another waitstaff took our order after we flagged her down but didn't take over our table she had many tables and was really hustling so we understood.Chips were delivered by someone but no napkins, salt, silverware our drinks were empty. The other staff brought us napkins upon request.When no food came we walked out telling the busy waitress and asking for a manager. The original waitress appeared [not a manager] and said something about getting our food out next...it was dumb and we left. Not returning.
