"I am disappointed that employees claimed (AND DID NOT PROCESS) my opentable request instead brsuhing it off saying we don 't use opentable anymore! Service was lackluster and the server busy running around, did not get orders correct. She was not responsive and did not see that our table care tended to as it should have been. Chicken on my salad was BLAH, no seasoning at all!...EWW... No manager seen...employees not friendly nor attentive."

We made a reservation for 4:30 on Sunday afternoon. When we arrived we were told they don’t accept open table reservations but they had tables open so we were ok. Good thing it was early and not during dinner hour. Open table should remove them from their reservation system. And service was spotty. Wings were mediocre and fries were soggy.

I made reservation few days ago for 15 people, yet when I went there, they didn’t have any table set and we had to wait for 10 mins this is on a Tuesday 3pm !! The waitress started taking appetizer and meal order before even bothered asking abt drinks ! With far less people in the restaurant during that odd time, they could have easily sent someone to assist this one waitress. Other than that, food came on time, and good !!
