"Man, this burger king tried to take $5 out of my change and hoped I wouldn 't notice. All I needed was change for a $20 so I got a $1.18 ice cream cup for the wife. When they gave me $13 dollars I said Im missing $5 and they told me to pull up. I said no thank you. There 's nobody behind me. I 'll wait here. Just give me my money. Three of the female employees were rude and very disrespectful. These people working at this place are bad. PLEASE DON 'T GIVE THIS BK YOUR Business. Burger king could do better. Shame. Had the best experience here today! The manager on duty was absolutely fabulous and my food was hot and fresh!

"I thought we would try to listen to big reviews! It was very secret and soothing! Everything was homemade and local with the speed and service of a chain resturant. This is an example of how food should be. Our only complaint? The red sauce is a little sharp! But we couldn't stop eating it! Excellent disability accommodation and hostesses was a favorite! "Family owned. The service is great. They are such nice people. The food is simply the best Mexican you're going to get anywhere around. They have rellenos and tamales and other real authentic dishes. You get several choices for the meat on tacos, including chorizo, barbacoa, and even beef tongue. Great chicken enchiladas, too."

"4 of us, two couples ordered the grilled chicjken sandwich. It was delivered on the smallest bread ever seen cut into triangles. 4 bites and that was it. Slobbered with mayo, even tho she did not listen when none of us wanted mayo. Chicken... what a small piece. We will never go back and have been telling our friends the waitress had a horrible attitude."

"If you would like rude and disrespectful people to stare at you while you look at the menu then this is the place to go. Or if you want to call to speak to the manager Daryl while he berates you on the phone and let’s you know why you’re wrong before you even speak. Then this is the place you go to. Will be calling corporate to report this disgrace of a restaurant and lack of management. Daryl do your job and be a leader not just an as you said “aggressive individual” your exact words not mine."

"I enjoy the ice cream at this restaurant, even though it is priced at $5-6 per cone. However, I am frustrated by the fact that the employees ask for a tip for simply handing it to you. These employees are not earning minimum wage. I always tip them generously to ensure they are making a fair wage. But adding a $1 tip onto a $6 cone just to have it handed to me feels entitled. Instead of having a tip jar, the employees actually ask if you are including a tip. As much as I love their ice cream, I have decided to stop going to Bruster's because of this practice."
