"Our waitress was great. Came to our table numerous times asking if we needed anything. After a 45 minute wait we were told the cook dropped 1 of the meals we ordered. Our waitress informed us of what happened. I was pleasant and asked for the manager, she looked scared. The manager came and she asked what the problem was. I explained a 45 minute late was unacceptable. She never offered an apology. I did give the waitress a generous tip. The manager did not handle this correctly. We won't be back."
