Had the garden salad with shrimp, which was average. Shrimp was overcooked. My husband had the fish and chips. Amazing little bar right down the road from TRACEN Cape May. Extremely first responder/military friendly with fairly priced food and drinks. How can you beat “Cape May’s Oldest Tavern”?!

the sohnsgrandmother of my man and I enjoyed a wonderful evening meal, which was very cheap and very tasty. we were there on Tuesday night in juni after a school event and were pleasantly surprised that we were sitting immediately. eating came hot and delicious and we will definitely come back!

Stopped into the C-View for a midday beer while exploring Cape May County and to catch part of the Phillies game. Great atmosphere and welcoming vibe- sat next to an 80something regular and struck up a great bar conversation more fulfilling than social media could ever promise. Friendly staff, and very affordable happy hour.
