"A nice surprise. As a somewhat regular visitor to new york, and each time a temporary resident of the UPW, I am consistently told by both the trusty internet, and locals alike, that the UPW is not a neighbourhood that could boast about its pizza establishments. However, on my most recent trip I found myself frequenting Ceaser's Pizza again and again and again. The large slices served up are the perfect size for a 3pm snack.
