Average restaurant. I confess that I expected a little more. The food was ok, as was the presentation of the dishes. Professional staff and a place with a beautiful view. The structure is very good.

"Been to Chez Bilia many a times and enjoyed the food and rated it well. However, now twice i have been served samosa which is hot from outside but still chilled frozen in the middle. First time it happened I didn't mark it down but this time 3 out of 4 of us had frozen samosa so I have decided to. There was no apology offered for the frozen samosa. Also the menu has changed. Rather disappointing !"
