"I normally have a great experience at this location but today I was more than disappointed. For starters I placed an online order and had to wait an extra 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup time for my meal. Then I had to remind the employees that I had purchased a drink. This was particularly upsetting because at this time there were clusters of employees laughing and goofing off. I figured you know what it's fine I can wait and it's human error to forget the drink. Every time I have ordered here, my order has been wrong. Today I got a sweet pork salad but I had no sweet pork in it, or any guacamole. Im not sure who works here but they need to be retrained on how to put everything in the salad

1/5 times my order is decent. The other 4/5 times, it’s the saddest looking meal that could be put in front of me. They skimp on every single item they put in their salads and burritos. I really don’t know why I keep coming back here. From what I see, the owner reaches out and acknowledges each bad review and claims they appreciate the feedback. However, it’s obvious they do nothing to change the poor quality of food we come and pay for.

Drive thru is a joke. The only way to get an order right at this place is to go in and watch them make it. Girl taking orders was a bit rude- we asked to change the meat choice on one of the burritos we ordered. She said we couldn’t change it because it was already being made. Hello- It was literally ordered 15 seconds prior to asking for the change and please explain the 3 cars waiting in the drive thru in front of us. She just didn’t want to take the time and change it on her end. And because of it we got half-rolled burritos Next time you go in- take a look at the drive thru kitchen- It’s a sloppy mess.
