"During my first visit, I sensed a bit of judgment right away. It wasn't a huge issue, but it was noticeable, and I understand the vibe of the place. The environment should be more welcoming for someone like me. I ordered a pastry, and I wish they had offered to warm it up for me. The apple wine, however, was fantastic! Overall, I think the customer experience could be improved, especially for first-time visitors."

The service has consistently been disappointing. It's overpriced and incredibly slow. I've noticed people leaving instead of waiting. I would rather walk two blocks to another café than start my morning here.
Royal
A downtown coffee shop mainstay. Great coffee to be enjoyed in store or in the rotunda to soak in some ambiance. There are soups, salads, and sandwiches all worth trying. Great for conversations and/or a quick bite.
