Definitely worth the stop! I got fried shrimp tacos and the gumbo and it was so worth it! That girl knows what's she's doing! And it was very clean and clean bathroom! definitely a little hole on the wall but you won't be disappointed!

Quiet, friendly, clean, tasty. This is a nice little getaway place to enjoy either alone or with friends and family. They have a really nice menu with enough diversity to keep everyone at your table well satisfied. It's that nice mom pop place that everyone is looking to patronize and support. You won't go wrong with giving them a try. I'm glad to have found them since moving to Evadale last year. Bon Appétit.

I very dern well cannot even remember what I asked for, but I do remember specifying for beans and rice only, and somehow ended up with them in gumbo form. Usually I wouldn 't say anything, as I didn 't, for I am not picky, but when I 'm under the impression I simply asked for 'beans ' and 'rice ', I didn 't wanna be rude and cause confusion do the strict nature of my diet I cannot eat dairy due to lactose intolerance, nor do I eat meat of any kinds under any circumstances, but being I came here with my parents, I chose to try to find something I 'd usually enjoy anywhere else without confusion.
