"The food was really good. The ordering was crazy making as the menu flashed by every few seconds. By the time I ordered (there was a line), I was frazzled. I don't normally mind tipping, but there was no obvious choice for no tip. So the cashier had to help me find that choice. He handed me the receipt, but not a separate number needed for picking up the order as we were eating there. On the plus side, the person who handed me additional sauces and take out containers was nice and polite. I may eat there again, but about tipping at a counter when I pay, have had to wait in line and no one has helped me yet? I'm a nice person and believe in overtopping, but not happening this time.Zero ambie...

Just wanted to thank California Fish Grill of Anaheim Hills for never failing to ensure my sweet potato fries (premium side upcharge) are Salmon Soaked and Soggy. Great job!

I love this place and come here often. The fish is fresh. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. Only complaint that I have always gnats flying around sometimes it's pretty bad.

I have visited this chain from time to time, mostly no issues. I picked up a to-go order again over the weekend, in the mid-afternoon. It was a sizable bag, surprised to see this crew member at the to-go section, fussing with giving out a few more or less napkins. He was even kneading them like a stingy miser. I was worried about his fingerprints, not sure his awkward behavior was due to compulsive disorder or waking up from a siesta. Not wanting to waste more time with his antics, I turned around and walked away.
