"We used to go to this place at least once a week. One thing that has to change is the attitude of the hostess that is usually there. She’s so nasty. She scowls at you when you are waiting at the hostess stand. There’s no greeting or smile then acts like she’s so bothered to seat you and will tell you about the slow service you will encounter. She’s not an asset and has to be related to someone to keep working there. It’s a shame because the wait staff is fine, there’s never an issue there. Food is ok but we’ll go to the Mesa Grill or Junipers bar from now on."

Went into Cantina many many times because of the convenience but honestly it's been more and more disappointing each time . Santa Ana star needs to have the Cantina Rio step up there game. It's borderline gross

First off the hostess is rude and doesnt seem to want to be there, and then they got my order wrong. We had to take it back. I ordered a steak quesadilla and they gave me a burrito instead, it smelled weird and looked poorly made. when I finally got my quesadilla, I got it without any salsa or sour cream or anything. I guess they don't serve any condiments? and they put my beans and rice in a crappy container, I give up, I'm not taking it back again, I'll just avoid that place all together. Obviously customer service doesn't mean much to them.
