"In 2023, Carl's Jr is going downhill. Came to this location on 8/2/2023. They have increased their combo prices ridiculously and their quality gone to trash literally!!!! Can't eat their crappy food. This location is garbage. Ordered Super Star and Famous Star they used to make quality burgers ridiculously disgusting how bad their burgers are today and their fries used to be thick and fresh now thin stale dry grosssss!! See pictures. The girl at the drive tru had attitude too. Not going to Carl's Jr again. They deserve ZERO stars. From good to bad!!! $26 got wasted in this horrible fast food. Never again!!"

My experience was All Good. But all the restaurants should have the same food on their MENU!!!! STEAK SANDWICH ALSO FISH SANDWICH. I'm just saying.... Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Horrible customer service! Orders are always wrong! Start paying attention to what people are saying to you! This place is always completely empty! 2 employee cars in that huge parking lot nobody in the drive thru and I'm repeatedly asked 2-3x WHAT WAS THAT, NO WHAT, WHAT KIND OF DRINK DID YOU SAY??? As I hear laughing and music! Don't waste your time even if you're hungry your order will be wrong!!! BTW- french fries are not supposed to come in a CLUMP ALL STUCK TOGETHER!!!

"here to the breakfast on the way to the lake tahoe. it did not seem to be so many options on the menu, and they were not marked, but when the waiter heard that I was asking for non-dairy, he asked if I were vegan, and let me know about possible options. he also said that they develop vegan pancakes. "Truffle Cookie was so soft and tasty. Lemon Gingersnap Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich was delicious. Salty Caramel Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich was great as expected. Tiramisu Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich was hard to eat with the dry cocoa powder in the outside- it just didnt work. Pistachio Raspberry Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich was a surprise winner. Was so good! Vanilla Bean Marshmallow tasted pretty regular and not worth the price imo."

"best gyro I had ever had. it was a long windy night, and my face was worn by the glowing sands. making a fire or looking for sheltwr was not an option that allowed gloomy it not. in the far away there was a weak flicker from a warm light that came through a building. After I had penetrated the wide and heavy of the cold swirls of the sand for a night, I made it light, a magical place called hefty gyros. there was warmth where there was none. the meat they delivered in a warm, crunchy pita was not aged. spice, make the tight wet. best pita ever!"
