"My review is based on 7 visits: Personnel is very disorganized I often get someone?s orders and my orders often ended up on other tables (and instead of re doing them, employees simply switched the orders not thinking about anyone?s safely); Missing ingredients is a norm; Ice machine is not working since day one: ice doesn?t come through a dispenser or comes out very slow, I may stand for a minute or two to get a cup of ice; and this the drinks are not property chilled in the vending machine; Some employees are trying to provide a good service but in most cases they are not friendly nor even pretend to care about guests; Tables and chairs are always dirty (I always have to clean mine); Pounding music of all kind of genres gives a terrible headache (very unsafe noise level). 5* for the lady with the blond long pony tail at the bar she is fast, not noisy, and creative made me a great non alcoholic drink. And tacos are great much better than at other city locations, tortillas are tasty too, so as sauces and appetizers."

"We had reservations for a party of 8. We sat on time, we had the appetizer sampler yummy) T-bones steaks and lobster tail - all were cooked for perfection and tasted wonderfully. Our waitress Kelly was brilliant and knew exactly the perfect wine we asked - service was Top Notch. We finished with some chocolate ice cream and chocolate cheesecake desserts. Our waitress even made the dessert of our granddaughter special. so a nice note and very appreciated) The bill was extremely reasonable for the quality of the meal. I highly recommend it!"

"I’ve been coming to Wine 101 since they were one of the only joints in that area. At that time, they were housed inside the little house-like structure which I believe now is a coffee shop. It was gorgeous. Fire pits sprinkled around the generously spaced out seating affording guests privacy and a little warmth in the cooler months. The previous owners did a bang up job of getting to know their customers. They routinely did rounds saying hello and asking how your stay was. You always saw them and they made lots of opportunities to speak to us. It became so comfortable that we became wine club members. The wine club held many perks including hosting events strictly for members. —Smart business practice given that during the COVID lockdown, the monthly memberships sustained Wine 101 during those lean times. Unfortunately, the new ownership has not taken the lead. I believe the new owners took over nearly a year and a half ago. I’m still a member but have yet to meet the new owner. And unless I’m mistaken-there hasn’t been any kind of meet-and-great for the wine club. I don’t expect a lot, but it would be nice to see the owners coming around to the tables-to introduce themselves and say hello. Open communication goes a long way I still enjoy coming out and sitting under those glorious treesbut the shine is off the penny. The food is still good although the prices have jumped rather drastically (the cheese board went up about $10). And I’m glad to see a salmon appetizer back on the menu. I hope for the sake of the business, the new ownership do more to make their customers feel welcome and appreciated. It would be a shame to loose this -once-little gem. New owners: please do better."

"I paid $19 for the Seafood Platter, but it was definitely not worth the price. The shrimp were small, the fried oysters were tiny, and the fish filet was also very small. A staff member asked other tables about their visit, but completely avoided me. This lack of customer service made my experience even worse. It was clear that my money did not matter at this restaurant, unless I had a large group with me. I will not be returning, as the prices have increased while the portions have decreased. This was the worst $19 I have ever spent on a dish. Your response asking me to come back and spend more money does not address the issues I had with the portion sizes and the dismissive manager."
