"I've been ordering shrimp salads in cascade for over 15 years and they're delicious! Tonight we decided to try a grinder with which we were not very familiar. I called and placed my order and asked what was on the Italian grinding machine. I was told that Italian sausage, tomatoes, salad, Mayo and cheese, so we also ordered it.
