Case's Place - Menü

I don't want to talk about the beautiful scenery by the water or eating overlooking the Peconic Bay in the fresh air. This is only a bonus when I go somewhere but not an indicator of whether I'd return.This restaurant is now on my top 3 list of things to do because of the great, outstanding service, delicious food and drink, and the best most friendliest staff anywhere. They are over the top on everything and put care into everything they do. This is a must go for all people, a place you want to be time and time again. I give them 5 stars in every category. I have never written a review like this, and I have written over 400 reviews. If possible, I would have rated it zero stars. We and our friend wanted to eat on the water. The temperature was in the mid 60's. We walked into the restaurant, which was EMPTY and asked the owner if we could please eat outside. He said no, it was too cold. We said we didn't mind and we wanted to enjoy the view of the water. He told us that he wouldn't serve us and that he wouldn't let his staff FREEZE in order to accommodate us. He was very nasty to us. We left and went to another restaurant where they gladly served us outdoors.

Food was good and fish was fresh. Owner admitted to being short staffed, but they oversat their restaurant for being short staffed . Food came out fine, but the bartender was so slow. We ordered a round of drinks with appetizers, which were fine. Second round we ordered before dinner, and never got them. Bartender was more interested in complaining to those at the bar that she was all alone vs. making drinks. We wound up canceling our drink order after we finished eating. Waitress couldn 't keep up with the crowd either and huffed and puffed the whole time we were there; she never once asked how our dinner was, and it took until the end of the meal for her to even acknowledge that we were an...
