"Regarding the interior, you get what you expect coming in. Maybe the mirrors and glass aren't spotless, and maybe the tables have a few drops of grease or something, but these gentlemen try hard and provide great service while they're doing it. Not to mention the food while we fully plan on coming back and trying the burgers and gyros (making the whole 30 minute drive to forego our nearby purple onion), the fried catfish and butterfly shrimp, accompanied by that sweet and hot chili sauce, were great and fried to perfection along with the super crispy fries, leaving that delicate seafood nice and juicy inside. The mint tea is even better than purple onion's. When we return, I'd put money that we love their burgers and gyros as much as if not more than the other reviewers. Must go here. Just stop by! Do it!"

"Horrible service... We drove 3 hours to get there while on our road trip.. one of our friends has never been to applebees and we were so excited to take him! We were super hungry when we arrived and quickly ordered... ALL of our steaks came out completely covered in pepper to the point of our eyes running and sneezing and all of them were burnt like crunchy burnt.. was so salted that we did not eat it, i told the manager about it and she did not do anything to fix the problem... she just said im sorry and walked away! i was super nice when i told her about it too. So at that point as frustrated as we were; we were also starving (especially me im pregnant) so we ate our side dishes and ate some of our wings and left our 4 steaks to the side... we had quite a bit of left overs so when we asked for a togo container the waitress told us that the manager told her she is not allowed to give out to go containers because shes saving them for call in to go orders only. I was like can you please go get her and she said yes, when she came to our table she handed us a small paper cup and told us we can put our left overs in there because she does not want to have to send someone to go buy containers since they are short on supply and are saving them for to go mobile orders only. I was shocked. She then handed me my 95 dollar bill and still charged us for our steaks. I quickly noticed that and said that i still see the steaks on there.. she litterally ignored me and walked away! At this point we were tired and just wanted to go home... we had another 4 hours to go on our road trip so we did not want to make a scene or argue with her. We paid and tipped our waitress and left. This is thee exact example of what a manager is not supposed to do . It was definitely the worst service ive ever received in a restaurant."

"Today arrived in drive thru placed order 1105 am with 5 cars in front of me and it takes 30 mins to get order that is not only wrong but cold fries no Mayo on sandwich as asked for after getting the correct sandwich it still had no Mayo and no napkins, needless say a place that I have visited regularly for a long time I will not be returning. Meal type: Lunch"

"Great service. Was a little loud, but that was because the game was up. Had Kayla like server and she was super sweet, fast and just totally brilliant. All foods were cooked properly and still hot and tasteful. Had some cocktails that were amazing and made perfection. Also we have a 2yr old and they have tablets that can play the kids and it absolutely free to save the super and such a life!! Had a fun night with the man and the children."
