"I call this 'My second office ' when I am in Dallas! The array of food is fantastic. It is always delicious. I always look for healthy choices...they deliver on that point. However, if I want that sweet tooth need taken care of...they deliver on that point. They not only deliver on both points -they out do themselves. Finally, because of the nature of my business- it requires a lot of one on one time. The delightful ambiance, the noise level, the wifi, the management- all make this just a true lovely place to meet people at. Try it- you will love it!"

"First off, Patyon, the valet, is a most kind, pleasant, helpful young man. He has a great smile and is excellent. So that will start your evening off well. "Abraham, I didn’t score you any less, but I wanted to alert you to an uncomfortable situation my first ever while dining at Salum. I was the first patron in the restaurant at and a very kind server recognized me and asked where I wanted to sit. I didn’t have a preference, so he suggested the middle table closest to the kitchen. I remarked that it used to be my favorite table when the kitchen was “open to the diners.” I had already been seated when another server yells from the front door, “he can’t sit there! It’s reserved!” There was nothing marking that table as reserved and the first server seemed a bit embarrassed. Second server yelled “he just called and reserved it!” I acted like it was no big deal, chose another table, but after eating, paying, and walking out, that table was still empty. I just thought that was beneath the quality service I have always received at Salum. Thanks for listening. Billy"

"My husband and I booked last minute and ended up sitting at the bar, but our service was still spectacular. Our waitress Alli was attentive, sweet and able to give amazing recommendations! Even the staff that only delivered our food/ drinks were personable and incredibly accommodating. Food is one thing but service is what keeps you coming back."
