"My friend and I stayed at the Channel Bass Inn back in July, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and incredibly clean, and I really loved how much personality the building has. The historic aspect appealed to me, and the decor gives it a nice, warm, comforting feeling. The breakfast was delicious, and every member of the staff was friendly and attentive. Dinner was wonderful. Piano music, cream of crab soup with lots of crab and good flavor. Scallop was perfectly cooked. Salad was plentiful and dressing was light and right amount. Mahi was tender with green beans carrots cooked just right. Key lime dessert was a lil thicker than jello and not much flavor. All dish presentation was lovely Service: 5 Location: 5

What a wonderful hidden gem! We've been coming to chincoteague for years and just discovered them yesterday! So glad we made reservations and tried out something new! We had 6 courses, and every course was amazing. There was soooo much food! Doug and his sister were the most friendly hosts and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed! The menu changes daily so keep an eye out! They even messaged me promptly when I had questions! Can't wait to come again!
