"We were a guest today in free style and can recommend the restaurant at the very best. We have reservations online and were placed directly at the bar with a view of the open kitchen after a short consultation. You have the choice between 2 menu variations or a small but tuned evening card. The service was very friendly and professional, especially the very respectful handling throughout the team is exemplary (you get it well with the open kitchen). The kitchen team is well trained and has deliberately decided to go new ways. This is not only noticed by the local leadership, but also on every plate. The mention in the Guide Michelin with a plate is more than justified. Thanks for the great evening!"

"I wanted to try this place last week with my partner and parents (so four of us). Weather was great and we would have liked to sit outside. On arrival, all the tables outside were taken. Food and atmosphere looked great though, so we decided to sit down inside and ask if we can be moved outside once a table becomes available. (We wouldn't even have minded too much to be inside...) We were met by a stressed-looking waiter who greeted us like he could barely be bothered serving more people. I started my question with "Could we sit outside..." but before finishing my sentence ("...once a table becomes available?") he snapped at me "Where???"; accompanied with the most arrogant and stupefying gesture. Yes I could see there was no space right now, thank you very much. When I then finished by asking if HE could move us outside he said we'd have to keep an eye out ourselves as he is too busy for this. We looked around but the restaurant wasn't exactly set up to overlook the outside (in my little opinion - working in restaurants and cafés myself - it is not too much to ask for). By this the waiter was already gone so we left without another word or being acknowledged by anyone else. As I mentioned before we wouldn't have minded to sit inside but after this we did not want to put up with such an arrogant and rude attitude of the waiter or even leave a cent to this business. I have never been treated by any waiting staff like this before and I have seen A LOT coming from the industry! Flabber-gasting. I hope the newly openend Italian in Fischen will give them a bit of competition to improve their level of service."

"Super friendly owner and great vegan selection, also in the lockdown. All we have tried (Cauliflower, Burger, Tortellini) were simply fantastic and very affordable. You can bring your own crates or reusable crates and proper cutlery to eat outside in the car. recommended and we will always return there when we return back in the Allgäu"

"Bitte den Gaisbockburger unbedingt auf die Karte nehmen, dafür lohnt es sich für jeden Burgerliebhaber einen Stop beim Gaisbock in Fischen einzulegen. Habe zum Vergleich den Burger von der Karte auch probiert, eher schwach, deshalb nur 4 Punkte, 5 gibt es, wenn der Gaisbockburger auf der Karte ist. Zur Sache, ich bin seit 25 Jahren regelmäßig in USA und mein Hobby ist es, immer den besten Burger in Town zu finden. Deshalb erlaube ich mir dieses Urteil.Also, hingehen und den Gaisbockburger verlangen.P.S. Ein Lob noch an die Küchenchefs, gut gemacht."
