"Started with a bad drive through speaker. Neither side could understand the other. Wife went to order at walkup window. Checkers use to serve a decent beef hotdog. Now they are like the chain store specials (99 cents per package) mushy and bland. 9 year old refused to eat hers after 1st bite. Wife only at 1 of the 2 she ordered. My Chili Burgers were really ugly little micro burgers squashed together like they were prepared hours earlier. All with raised prices. Nice huge drink. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!"

He waited about 10 minutes before someone took my order and then waited 15 for my food. How is this fast food if it takes longer to get your food than it in a dune in the restaurant. Always has great food sucking only service. Come on, get it together!

Botched my order, forgot items, but at least they were polite about it. The item presentation also left MUCH to be desired. If the above statement doesn't paint a clear picture then think of how McDonald's advertises their food vs actual product and you'dbe close.

I odered a double fish sandwich.dropped on the order fresh) I recieved 2 double fish sandwiches and they were both not fresh , even the lettuce was old and withered. Then I couldn't get no answer on the phone because I was on My way out of town . Icouldn't get back there right then.

"This is one of those places that I would visit weekly with my grandparents and my cousin growing up. I hadn't been there in a long time but recently decided that I had to know if it was still as good as it was back then. We ordered pizza and a salad just as we would do with my grandparents. The rolls came out hot and as good as I remembered them being before. The salad still so good, love that dressing and the pizza also did not disappoint. Another of my childhood favs that is still cranking out good food to this day!"

"I recently dined at Aces and was extremely disappointed with the food and service. The older woman who greets customers at the entrance is not suitable for this restaurant as it lacks customer orientation. After placing our order, we waited for an hour to receive our food, which was not worth the wait. The potato salad was overly mayonnaise-rich and not enjoyable. I ordered the BBQ ribs and brisket, and while the brisket was tender, the wood used to cook both meats left a bitter aftertaste. The ribs tasted strange and appeared to be freezer-burned. The lack of attention from the staff was evident when my plate was taken away without addressing any issues. Overall, it was a waste of money and time. I do not plan on returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone."

"The reviews stand for themselves and if they don?t just look on every wall and you can find a number of awards for just how amazing this little coffee shop truly is. We had a communication error during check out however they were so gracious andremedied the issue. That said everything we sampled was absolutely delicious by far my favorite and also the best biscotti thatI?ve ever had I encourage you to give us try their chocolate walnut biscotti. The beverages also offer charcoal infused tea asa way to detoxify and also turmeric and ginger selections as well for those of us trying to achieve that healthy brain gutbalance Hands-down one of the top three coffee shops I?ve ever been to internationally"

"I am just adding to all the other 5 star reviews. Yes they are worth it. Yes it is worth waiting for. Yes they make you feel at home. AND the food is excellent. When you ask for some OJ you get a glass, not a thimble. The pancakes(side order) are large and taste like Grandma's home made. Stop in, you will not be disappointed."

"I have a dependency on her chicken roasted rice, so we're here to visit a bit. Hibachi is what you would expect. Not sure who they buy their plum wine, but it's in place. Definitely a jewel in Plant City."
