"I usually have a great experience at the Chick-fil-A in Texas City, but today I was quite disappointed. I placed my order through the app and arrived in the drive-thru line at 10:28 AM. I waited for 8 minutes before I reached the speaker box, and just as I was about to place my order, a young man switched the menu from breakfast to lunch. The employee at the speaker then informed me that I could no longer order breakfast because they didn't have the ingredients available. Food, is hot and fresh, service is good. Drinks made to order. Sad play groud is still closed even though other Chick-fil-A' restaurants have their playground open for months now.

Let's be honest, does anyone ever have a bad experience in Chick-fil-a? I know I never did. Every time I go, the ride goes very fast, even if it's a long line. The staff are super friendly and will conversation with you while making your way through the line. In my opinion, other fast food chains have to be guided in the same way. Whatever Chick-fil-a does is good for her to work.
