"This location is usually pretty crowded, but the service is pretty good. The food is always good. So, as a patron that gives this location a lot of business I would expect for my complaints, very reasonable complaints to be heard. I did not receive that when I ordered my meal with a frosted lemonade that had black particles floating in it, mold, possibly. I also would have expected for someone to notice the black particles floating in my frosted lemonade before I received it. I reached out and informed them of the issue. They said they would look into it and issue me a refund. I still haven't been refunded."
