Employee comes running to window, I got your coffee. Thanks. It was captured at very beginning of brew, didn't know that, extra strong. Tried cutting with water and over sweeting, awful. Next time just give me a soft drink. They tried! Keep coffee brewed until breakfast is over."

I am not sure if I hate or love the drive thru process here but it is efficient. Always good food and always friendly service. Just seems like more pressure while ordering with someone standing next to your window.
