"Great food, unconsistent service. I've often eaten at Chili and I'm always happy with my food. The loaded potatoes, the Texas Cheese Fries, the Southwest Mac Cheese, Quesadilla Explosion Salad, Southwestern Egg Rolls, their steaks, and the Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie, which does not appear in the online menu, are among my favorites. Male Server on our table was excellent. The service was slow with only 2 servers on the ground. The food was delicious, the pommes were something to cook for my taste. Hamburger was great!

Our server was great. We are just for their monthly Margarita, Beach Party Margarita, when we traveled through Pine Bluff. Our server I missed her name was so friendly and got our drinks quickly. She knew we were there for a drink and didn't seem to be worried that we didn't order food. Love the monthly Margarita at Chili's

Only got take out. My wife likes Cajun Chicken Alfredo. They are sometimes so busy or maybe it's because they are under staffed, there are times when you are parked, that you just have to just walk in and get your order off of the holding rack. I recognize the effect of covid-19. Staffing issues everywhere you look. Customer service is missing, in the majority of places that you go too, that's a big issue. Again my wife likes the Cajun Chicken Alfredo.
