"If you are looking for a really unique where the staff is insanely friendly, look no further than the Mayo Reserve Room. The pairing menu with the wine was simply outstanding! The chef, John, was really knowledgeable about the food, the wine and the region. He was also really funny : Ann was one of our wait staff and she was also SUPER knowledgeable and so much fun to be around. I highly recommend this if you are in the Sonoma or Napa regions. You will not be disappointed!"

"Out of 3 days of visiting Sonoma Valley, this was our favorite meal. We ordered baked oysters, ribeye, and linguini w/ clams. The food is incredibly flavorful and well done. The pond area is really lovely in the late evening. Warm summers mean no heater needed although they did have seating with heaters if you need. Restaurant is laid back, not stuffy what so ever. Servers are kind and attentive. We regret not coming here sooner but will be back. 10/10!"

"As tourists, we decided to stop at Kenwood Restaurant for lunch while traveling from Santa Rosa Airport to our hotel. We found it to be a great place to enjoy a meal after a day of wine tasting or simply to grab a bite to eat."

"This is my favorite restaurant in the Sonoma area. I love the food, ambience and service. Sadly, when I came in, I sat at the bar...the bartender was anything but friendly. There was definitely a mean under current stemming from him. We would have stayed longer but he had such bad energy I decided we should go to our table. Makes sense that the is on a Thursday night shift and not Friday ans Saturday. Food was great as usual. Nice presentation...service was great. Only issue I had was our bill was placed on our table when we were still eating. No mention of, would you like anything else...had he waited 10 more minutes and let us bring our dinner to a nice close that would have been optimum. That's why I gave a 4."

"the place was full and lively on a Friday evening we ordered some beer and appetizer, dinner. bier came out quickly, but I would like to have a larger choice. the ahi Tuna Appetizer was awesome a good part and high quality fish. I saw a series of pizzas and some tacos go to our table that looked delicious, I def. must come back to try more items."
