"We really, really wanted to enjoy this place. We drove 45 minutes from Appleton for my birthday dinner. I just feel like they missed the mark in so many places. To start with our drinks, my husbands old fashioned was very, very heavy on the bitters so he chose to order a beer next. The beer was very flat so he did decide to send that back and the waiter was very nice about replacing it. They also did not charge us for the beers which was very kind. We had the chili and creamy mushroom lentil soup as appetizers both were delicious and came out fast. They offered bread and butter as well which was delicious, but the bread was cold and would have just been better served warm. Our food finally...

Stopped for lunch and the server was amazing! Quick, attentive, and friendly. We got the trio, which came with a salad, baked French onion, and grilled cheese. It was amazing! One of the best meals I've had in a long time. Highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

An extremely disappointing, and surprising, experience. We have previously been here and thoroughly enjoyed our time and meal. On this occasion we were unfortunately placed in the small back room with a much louder and larger party. Atmosphere issues aside, both of our steaks were cooked incorrectly; one overcooked and and one undercooked. Just an overall bad experience without many redeeming factors.
