"My salad is always delicious, but the overall experience is consistently frustrating. The staff often has an attitude and act as if they don't notice me waiting for assistance. I usually place a pickup order, but when I request extra dressing—politely, might I add—it feels like I'm asking for their personal stash. I was told that I'd be charged for dressings after the third one, and while I would be willing to pay to avoid hassle, I'm not even sure if that's true. Additionally, today they forgot my bread when I asked for it because it wasn't included in my order. The employee just tossed it onto the counter as if it were an inconvenience. I wish I were exaggerating, but encounters like this...

I'm really thrilled with Chopt! I can't wait for them to open more locations even closer to where I live and work. They offer great vegetarian options that are vegan, gluten-free, nutritious, eco-friendly, and delicious! For my takeout dinner, it was an excellent experience overall. The price per person is around $10 to $20. I give the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. I highly recommend their salads!

"This is just regular, fun and yummy pub food. I’ve never had an issue there. Yesterday I was there with my parents and my dad’s meal didn’t come out with the rest of the food. The waitress apologized, said it was her fault, and within minutes the manager brought out his meal. No one was upset and we didn’t ask or expect the meal to be comped but it was. Ty for the good service and the delicious food!"

"Four of us, from 20 to 80, went to Chili's and we all enjoyed our meals. The burgers and frits are exceptional and were served attractively on a stainless steel floor with a square bowl for the frits. The Margarita Chicken is also very good and attractive plated. Our server was attentive and friendly. The only thing we had was a lack of napkins that were fixed again soon after we brought it to the attention of the staff."

"If you're in search of comfort food, look no further than this place. We stopped by for a quick bite and were impressed by the wide variety of soup and salads available. The restaurant had excellent customer service and a great selection of dishes. The soups were flavorful and hearty, and we were pleasantly surprised by a chocolate-covered strawberry roll to go along with our meal. It was a delightful surprise and I definitely plan on returning next time I'm in town."

"Update- Decided to give it another shot. Bad idea. Given a 12-20 min estimate for a to-go order but once they got our money it went to over a hour and the staff wanted to get an attitude when asking for updates. Never again. Unable to refund for omitteditems and certainly not a place for those looking for decent prices, appetizers and customer service. I've been ordering fromthis place for years and their chicken main dishes are delicious but everything else will leave you wanting more. The potstickers are amazing if you like warm, raw hot-water pastry crust. Don't get me started on the current customer servicesituation. The older of the two servers/hostesses was absolutely amazing. However, the younger but old enough to know betterone, requires remedial training. When you put someone on hold, make sure you actually put them on hold. I heard every word ofish talking as well as you handling other callers who called after myself. Ling story short, this establishment has gonedownhill fast in the past few months."
