The one star rating is a bit harsh, but it's intended to get across the point that there are like serious design flaws in their website/communication. The browser keeps erasing the password so you have to reset it every time. Also it can be hard to figure out if they're open and they're not always responsive when you call. And finally they don't accept orders over the phone."

The staff at this location is wonderful, but the salads at Chopt are uniformly meh, and that?s a problem considering that?s all they have. Consistently leaves me with the feeling of eating a side salad at a highway stop. I?d love for them to look at Sweetgreen or something similar to see how to do salads well.

Fareed (the manager) at the McLean location was super nice and accommodating. Very humble and always put a smile on my face. Ive been coming to this location for years, never seen everyone having fun like I did today. Everyone was working together and having fun. I will definitely be back ???? Ps: thank you for the birthday Brownie.
