The sauce not a complicated mess with a splash of sugar nope it’s like a gazelle in slow motion bounding from one taste bud to the next poised free careful not sloppy not contrived not vulgar. Excellent really for our little Spring Field in a strip mall with a five guys and a Panda Express blathering across the street you might think this little avenue is void but take that turn toward the Best Buy and turn immediately to the right and voila . Caio not Chow"

First customer of the day. Staff cutting and preparing food from scratch, surrounded by multi million dollar poisonous food chain restaurants. I was happy to find them on my road trip. Delicious, well prepared food.

Absolutely love this food! It’s very high quality, always delicious, the Italian sodas are so good! Prices are a bit high but the quality justifies it the staff is super nice and actually personalizes with you I always recommend this spot for great Italian
