The food was very good but the service was not. When asked why our salads were delayed he answered we have a big party in the back and had to prepare theirs. Also did not bring food out when asked and was a bit pompous

This was one of my worst dinning experiences of my professional outings. I have dined at Cinghiale multiple times over the past months. They should know me. However, the Manager hostess was rude from the beginning. She was dismissive and completely caught up with flirting with another Manager.
