"Passing through Clarion, PA en route to Ohio and dined at Clarion River Brewing Company last night. Very cute town a mile or two away from the highway and strip malls and fast food joints. Our waitress (Sarah, i believe) was lovely and the service was very good but slow. However, my sense is that it was just a busy Friday night and perhaps they were a little understaffed. Hit up this place during a volleyball tourney. Sprung a table of 19 volleyball parents on them. Our server, Amanda, was amazingly attentive. Beers and food were awesome. We had the slop chips (fresh chips with pork and goodies. Amazing. Nice work people!

We ate here tonight for dinner. The food and service were fantastic. Our waitress was extremely friendly and quick to greet us. They also used food runners so you get everything in a timely manner. The quality of the food was also excellent. Thank you for rescuing the night as we tried to eat somewhere else and it didn't work out well. I highly recommend Clarion River.
