"Food: The steak was subpar. It was not nearly seasoned enough nor was it cooked to the requested level. The mashed potatoes were watery and the broccoli was unseasoned. My wife did throughly enjoy the scallops and the dessert was pretty good. Service: We sat outside which based on the service was a mistake. Our drinks arrived 20 minutes after we ordered them, and it took upwards of 30 minutes to get the check. Atmosphere: It’s a nice looking and clean place."

This was our first time at Cowboy Star, thanks to our waiter Steven and the rest of the staff it won’t be our last. See ya soon.

We were seated at a table where the sun glared into my wife’s eyes. When we mentioned it to the management, no accommodation was provided. We should have left. It was a special night in that we were celebrating our 23rd anniversary. I didn’t want to spoil the night, so I swapped places with my wife and made the best of it.
