"My family and I ate there on 1/28/22. It already started off as a bad night because we live an hour away and needed to go to a local store that way and taking 3 children anywhere especially after school is difficult. So the wife decided she wanted cracker barrel. I am usually not one to say yes lets take all the kids out to eat. I have eaten at hundreds of restaurants across the country. I was super impressed! We had ham and meatloaf and both were super good! The shortcake was a fantastic dessert as well. Great atmosphere and our waiter was very helpful and professional. So pleased and will come back to try more of their menu!

For the Robinson Township store: I have to give 5 stars for both customer service and food quality. I ordered a delivery dinner through Door Dash and I received another Sharon 's order. When I called they gave me many options to make it right, I chose to have the order re done and the manager delivered my order personally, along with a couple of desserts. Being in customer service, myself, I would say they earned a stellar review. The quality of the food was wonderful, everything done to perfection and very tasty. Do yourself a favor and patronize this Cracker Barrel they are customer centric and food tastic. Thank you!
