"When the only complaint you have about an establishment is you want a bit more of their wonderful food on the plate, it’s a pretty good sign you’ve stumbled into something amazing. I’ve had a lot of pancakes in my life and I’ve never had them this fluffy and flavorful. I found myself wanting them to be a little larger, or just one more of them if keeping them this size is what caused them to be awesome. The biscuits and gravy were also a hit and it took will power to leave behind something called pina colada cheesecake that was staring at me lovingly from the sweets case. Excellent food, so far I have not found anything I didn't love. The owner is an amazing chef and has developed unique recipes that I have not found anywhere else. Today I tried the Texas Cackleberry Sammy with a side of garlic potatoes and a cappuccino and for dessert a white Chantilly cake with a Strawberries. Delicious!

This is for the new Oaklawn Location: Great start to a brand new place. The staff is still learning so be patient and give this place a chance. The food was great. I had a great brisket omelette and the potatoes were delicious also. Great atmosphere, they put some major bucks into this place so I hope people will try it and keep going back.

We ordered the Carrot Cake Waffle and Grandpa’s Favorite breakfast. The waffle was amazing! Lots of raisins, so just be aware if those aren’t your thing. That cream cheese drizzle though.....so good! Bacon was perfectly crisp and the sausage gravy had a great flavor a little on the salty side but delicious nonetheless. Would def recommend. Anxious to go back myself to try something else.
