"It is a challenge to receive your food in a timely manner at this restaurant. Despite its proximity to my neighborhood, I cannot call it our favorite burger place. The drive-thru service is inefficient, as they seem to randomly select cars to park while others wait for an excessive amount of time. It should not take 35 minutes to order 2 blizzards in the drive-thru. Additionally, they were out of certain menu items. This has happened consistently, leading to disappointment as we enjoy their blizzards. I typically do not leave negative reviews, but it seems unlikely that the restaurant will address these issues."

Meh, I got the number 2 combo. The burger was barely okay, the fries were cold, the soda tasted unbalanced, it just really didn't taste good all over.

We recently hosted an ice cream cake party at this restaurant for my granddaughter and her 6 best friends and cousins, a total of 7 children. From the moment we ordered the ice cream cake, the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. We were very happy with everything they did for us, and the service, food, and cakes were all excellent! We are extremely grateful for all their assistance.

"So we had a filled baker, a chopped beef sandwich and a brisket and sausage plate (potato salad and Mac cheese). The food was great. Service was friendly and every request. Great place, we'll be back soon.."

"On my first bite, I found an enormous chunk of fat with no meat, so I discreetly set it aside and tried another bite. Unfortunately, the second bite was the same, prompting me to use my fork to dig around and discover there was more fat than meat. While I can appreciate a good piece of flavorful fat, this was inedible. Next, I moved on to the beef taco, only to encounter the same issue — fatty, tough, and dry pieces that were impossible to chew. After one bite, I put it down. I managed to eat the chicken taco, but it was out of necessity; we were traveling, and I didn’t want to stop elsewhere or order something different. The menu mentioned that the chicken and beef tacos came with grilled onions and queso, but there were raw onions instead. I’m allergic to raw onions, so I would have specified no onions if the menu had been accurate. Fortunately, the pieces were large enough that I could pick them off. The fries were unique and trendy, but the large spiral shapes ended up cold by the time they arrived at the table, probably due to too much exposure to the air. The burger patties were overcooked and not appetizing, being thick and lacking flavor. On the positive side, the waitstaff were excellent and attentive, and the live music was fantastic; I'd return just for that. The atmosphere was great overall, although there was a lingering odor near the restrooms, possibly from a water issue — not a major concern since it was away from the eating area. I’m willing to give them another chance after some time for improvements, but I won’t be ordering tacos again; that ship has sailed. It's quite difficult to mess up tacos, so they definitely need to adjust their approach to that dish."

"Online order process horrible! Placed an online order at 8:50(am) with a pick up time of 9:05. Arrived at 9:10 and was told my order should be coming out soon. At 9:20 I hear the kitchen say we have a online order for my name. So I ask the lady at the counter are they just now cooking my food. I proceeded to ask for a refund and was given a number that sent me to voice mail. Food comes out at 9:40 and I am finally being assisted by a gentleman trying to understand what happen. Needless to say I didn’t want the food and still waiting to speak to someone about a refund."

"We moved to Crosby and I'm glad that I couldn't allow some of the reviews to try this place. Some said how fat it was, but ours were perfect. We ordered a meat lover who would normally be quite fat, and it was great! Customer service could use a little help, but I don't need anyone to protect me from the phone. Just make good pizza. This place does exactly that, really good pizza."
