"We went to this location last night. We expected a wait, since the lines were long. After we pulled up in front of the restaurant (we were told to do so) waiting about 10 minutes, I decided to go inside with my receipt. As I walked in, I noticed about 5 employees running around. The manager was extremely rude to the employees who looked very young and flustered. She was yelling at them and made them feel low. I am a manager myself. A friend and I stopped by to have some ice cream. Service was good and our blizzards were very good. The seating area was clean, and we had a great visit.
