"We get Dalie’s at least every 3 weeks. Got carry out of their pulled pork and pulled chicken plus half of slab of ribs. I love the smokiness that is saturated into the meats. Both the pulled pork and pulled chicken were tender and tasty. Unfortunately the ribs were way below their gold standard. I don’t know if they have a new cook or if they are getting their ribs from another supplier. Usually the meat falls off the bone. This serving was tough and extra fatty. I hope they correct this before I order again. Outstanding BBQ, sauced OR dry. Brisket is the star, but everything is amazing, even the pulled chicken and smoked turkey.

Brisket and pastrami with a delicious side of mac-n-cheese. Food was delicious. Can't wait for the next visit to Manchester so that I can try more of Dalie's menu.
