"I cannot say enough great things about this place. I hired Michael’s Catering to cater my wedding. Michael and Samantha were super friendly, very professional and on point! They had an open line of communication with me for the 6 months leading up to the event, and always responded in a timely manner with any questions or concerns I had.The food, OMG! Everything was incredible. The appetizers were delicious the entrées were flavorful and sooooo good. All of my guests were blown away! I would HIGHLY recommend Michael’s Catering to anyone who is looking to have an event catered, or anyone in the Twinsburg area that is craving a sandwich, check them out! And if you want a sandwich that will change your life, order the Italian and get it “Mike’s way”! Thank you Mike Sam, you guys are amazing!"

"The service and atmosphere at the restaurant were excellent. However, I was disappointed with the Korean Chicken dish as the sauce was too strong for my liking. On the other hand, my wife's Chicken Bun lacked flavor. The highlight of the meal was the chocolate bomb dessert, which was delicious."

"Fresh Start is easily the best breakfast place in town. The only genuine downside is that it’s so popular you may find yourself waiting some time to get a seat. I’ve seen some reviews complaining about prices, and while it is a little bit on the pricier side compared to similar diners in nearby towns, you have to remember you’re paying for quality here boys and girls."

"For an upscale restaurant, the aesthetic is not what you think is normal for a upscale restaurant (dink log cabine resort type feel complete with fireplaces and pictures of cowboys and ranchers, but it fits and is perfect for a fancy or formal dinner. Most upscale restaurants I feel out of place and awkward as a middle class 29 years old, but this was not the case here. It is not a casual day night place; I'd just go here for special occasions. My husband and I went to an early anniversary celebration and last beautiful date before our first baby arrives. The food is expensive, but it is worth it! The aromas are intense and not what you think traditionally. We ordered the shrimp beaker that had a peanut curry glaze and Koleslaw (note visitors here may serve two to three people maximum! The serving sizes are smaller, but are just enough for the meal. Then I tried the salmon that had a root beer glaze (sounds strange, but it was really delicious! I also tried the warm apple wine served in a wine glass with cinnamon sugar in the top of the glass. Then my husband had the Wagyu Steak, who was the best he ever had, and he loved his Kentucky Tailgate Punch (it was a Bourbon cocktail). The staff was friendly and accommodating, although I think our waitress could have checked on our table a little more than they did. Total great experience!"

"Terrible experience! Ordered food and said we would be there around 6pm during halftime. Guy said no problem. Arrived at 6:06pm to our food on the counter as seen through window and the restaurant closed. At no time were we told they closed at 6pm by guy taking order.UPDATE for Owner Comment Maybe because we mentioned to you we would be there around 6 during half-time of Browns game and you never told us that you would evacuate building at 6pm on the dot. Wondering now how grills and restaurant get cleaned if you close at 6pm but are gone before then?"
