The staff attitude is snobby, better than you, you're wasting our time, things are going to be what we say, policy is policy and screw you! A laugh in you're face type attitude. This place needs a lot of help with some customer service minded staff that has even a tiny bit of conflict resolution ability. They may be good when there is no problem but they suck at dealing with the smallest conflict. To the point of the manager is too busy and staff has no authority to do anything. As soon as you walk your nose is accosted with musty smell. Very unorganized and old. Does not look like website. Don't be deceived. Restaurant is closed.

DON'T STAY HERE!! This place is a gambling facility that has no interest in the hotel business. The room was sub par. The front desk was consistently rude. They could not provide any info about deadwood activities. We booked there with a group of veterans driving antique army jeeps with small trailers and they threatened to tow our vehicles! Very anti-veteran.

The players club worker who I believe her name is Heather, is the most rude incredibly unprofessional person that they could put in that position. She barks answers at people when they ask simple questions and is just a horrible public relations person all the way around. Won't frequent this casino solely due to her. Cocktail servers are great however! Not overly crowded and could be a nice place tho.
